5pm - 5:45pm

Beginners (6 to 10 years) Children learn the foundations of the sport, safe falling (ukemi), basic throws, simple ground techniques through games, partner activities and guided practice.

5:45pm - 7:45pm

Intermediate (Red to Orange Belt) For players who have mastered the basics and are ready to develop their judo further. This class deepens technical knowledge across a wider range of throws, hold-downs, transitions building the skills to progress in competitions.

Tuesday

Hampstead (NW3 7DY)


4:15pm - 5:15pm

5:30pm - 7pm

Beginner/Intermediate (Red to Orange Belt) For players who ready to develop their judo further. This class deepens technical knowledge across a wider range of throws, hold-downs, transitions building the skills to progress in competitions.

Wednesday

6:15pm - 8:15pm

Advanced (Technical) - Minimum grade orange belt. Sessions are dedicated to precision perfecting the mechanics of throws, ground work, and combinations with an emphasis on form and timing.

Thursday

St Johns Wood (NW8 9YD)


6pm - 7:30pm

Beginner/Intermediate (Red to Orange Belt) For players who are ready to develop their judo further. Throws, hold-downs, transitions building the skills to progress in competitions.

Friday

Hampstead (NW3 7DY)


6:15pm - 8:15pm

Advanced (Randori) - Minimum grade orange belt. This class puts technique into practice through randori (free sparring). Players apply their skills in realistic, competitive scenarios.
