Deposit and annual membership

Beginner and Gold children in one family

Gold children pay the 1-child Gold price. Each Beginner child pays the second child price:

Once a week £35 | Twice a week £70 | Three times a week £80 (per month)

Mixed families pay the Gold family deposit (£225) and the Gold family membership fee (£275).

Flexible membership: no booking needed

You don't have to book or commit to a particular day. Come to whichever sessions suit your week, up to the number in your plan. Beginners choose from 3 classes a week; Gold members choose from all 5 days. If your week changes, simply attend a different day. Our new monthly membership lets you stay flexible while attending more judo sessions for less.

Cancellation and direct debit

  • One full calendar month's notice by email or MyMA is required to cancel. Without it, the deposit is retained.
  • Restarting a stopped direct debit: £25 admin fee, and no sessions until MyMA confirms it.
  • Rejoining within 6 months of leaving: £50 rejoining fee plus a new deposit.

Savings are compared with paying per session: £12.50 per 1-hour Beginner session and £20 per 2-hour Gold session, over 42 weeks, spread across 12 months. Family savings are for 2 and 3 children. All plans are paid by monthly direct debit, 12 equal payments a year, including August. Family prices are the total monthly payment for the family; 3 or more covers any number of children from 3 up.
